Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts across the South region, specifically Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Devon, and Cornwall.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A strong background in sales or account management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus structure. You will also receive a company vehicle allowance and access to a range of employee benefits, including health and wellbeing initiatives.
