Our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager - Commercial Lending who can play a pivotal role in the growth of our Commercial Lending Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, assessing, designing and delivering great customer-centric commercial propositions and product developments.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of creating an incredible stakeholder network and a good understanding of the wider industry and key competitors.

The successful candidate will have great experience of delivering change, be comfortable communicating at all levels of the business and have a collaborative approach to making things happen.

Key responsibilities will include working with the wider Commercial Lending Team to create customer insight led products that have a clear commercial benefit and address our target market needs.

You will also take the lead in managing an ongoing portfolio of change and lead on the assessment of complexity/cost/impact of delivery and establish the business benefits.

Additionally, you will ensure that all products are delivered in a timely, compliant and customer centric manner.

We are flexible on location and you can be based at any of our sites, with the requirement to travel when required.
