About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Propositions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing monetisation initiatives and strategies that drive revenue growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital media propositions that drive revenue growth for our business.
  • Lead a small team to deliver digital media revenue targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives.
  • Manage the pricing of our digital propositions, balancing competitiveness with profit.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers and technology partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a digital role, with a strong understanding of the media industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
