About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Products and Propositions Manager to join our Commercial Lending Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in delivering great customer-centric commercial propositions and product developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, assess, design, and deliver customer-centric commercial propositions and product developments.
  • Work with the wider Commercial Lending Team to create customer insight-led products that have a clear commercial benefit and address our target market needs.
  • Champion product development and changes, and work with stakeholders to gain buy-in and deliver change.
  • Manage an ongoing portfolio of change and lead on the assessment of complexity/cost/impact of delivery and establish the business benefits.
  • Ensure that all products are delivered in a timely, compliant, and customer-centric manner.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a good understanding of how financial products work and create value for us and the customer. You will have a track record of creating an incredible stakeholder network and a good understanding of the wider industry and key competitors.

You will have great experience of delivering change, be comfortable communicating at all levels of the business, and have a collaborative approach to making things happen. Additionally, you will have good digital literacy skills, expertise in data analytics, and the ability to generate valuable insights.
