About the Role

As a key member of the Commercial Lending Team, you will play a central role in delivering great customer-centric commercial propositions and product developments. Your expertise in financial products and customer insight will be crucial in identifying, prioritizing, and assessing opportunities for growth and innovation.

Working closely with the wider team, you will help create customer-led products that meet the needs of our target market and drive business growth. Your strong influencing and relationship-building skills will be essential in gaining buy-in from stakeholders and delivering change.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of change, assessing complexity, cost, and impact, and establishing business benefits. Your ability to work collaboratively with distribution, marketing, digital, and operational teams will be vital in bringing commercial plans to life.

We are flexible on location, and you can be based at any of our sites, with the requirement to travel when needed. If you are passionate about delivering great customer experiences and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a good understanding of financial products and customer insight. You will have a track record of creating stakeholder networks and a good understanding of the wider industry and key competitors.

You will be comfortable communicating at all levels of the business and have a collaborative approach to making things happen. Your digital literacy skills, expertise in data analytics, and ability to generate valuable insights will be essential in driving business growth.
