Job Title: Senior Manager of Digital Propositions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Digital Propositions to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning and executing monetisation initiatives and strategies that will ensure maximum revenue growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive best-in-class digital media propositions to grow revenues for LS Eleven and Asda
* Develop and manage our digital (on & offsite) and Partners-for-Growth propositions
* Review and benchmark our current proposition against leading RMNs globally, identifying gaps in our inventory and opportunities to leapfrog competitors
* Manage the pricing of our propositions, balancing competitiveness with profit and ensuring advertisers hit their objectives with a strong ROAS
* Work closely with the Media analytics team to ensure a measurement framework is in place for the propositions you manage

Requirements:

* Relevant experience in a digital role or understanding of the media industry
* Strong communication and influencing skills to deploy with stakeholders and senior members of Asda's/LS Eleven Leadership Team
* Ability to comfortably challenge, confront, and solve difficult situations while maintaining solid internal and external connections
* Positive attitude and keen to develop, motivated to get the job done and deliver to tight timelines

Desirable:

* Understanding of the retail and FMCG industry
* Management experience
