About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Digital Propositions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing monetisation strategies that drive revenue growth for our digital media business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital media propositions that drive revenue growth and maximise revenue KPIs
  • Work closely with internal teams and technology partners to generate demand from advertisers and drive revenue growth
  • Manage the pricing of our digital media propositions, balancing competitiveness with profit and ensuring advertisers hit their objectives
  • Lead a small team and partner with external agencies to deliver our digital media propositions
  • Be the lead point of contact for Asda-wide events and ensure Retail Media is considered in the design
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a digital role or understanding of the media industry
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to drive performance and delivery to plans and commitments
  • Ability to challenge, confront, and solve difficult situations while maintaining solid internal and external connections
  • Commercial awareness and mindset of doing the right thing for our business, colleagues, and customers
  • Positive attitude and keen to develop, motivated to get the job done and deliver to tight timelines
