**About the Role**

The Supply Chain & Transport Administrator is a vital position within Alcohols Limited, responsible for providing administrative support to the supply chain team, including Planning & Stock Control, Goods In, and Transport.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, and possess excellent communication skills to build relationships with the team, peers, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete administrative processes for the despatch of products to customers, including raising picking sheets, despatch notes, and invoices, and liaising with drivers.
  • Manage the administration for the booking of spot hire of external hauliers, including the raising and receipting of purchase orders.
  • Provide reliable office administration support, including well-organised physical file management, data collation, and timely, accurate upload to the ERP system.
  • Liaise with the customer goods in departments to book in deliveries and support the Planning & Stock Controller and Supply Chain Co-ordinator.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, operations, and logistics teams to reconcile orders on the system and handle queries from internal colleagues.
