The successful candidate will oversee demand and forecasting requirements, managing material forecasting, product flow, and inventory levels, as well as key suppliers and product queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Manufacturing: Act as the UK lead for all Production / Manufacturing activates.
- Demand Planning & Forecasting: Develop accurate and timely demand forecasts by analysing market trends, historical data, and inventory levels.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and optimise raw material inventory levels on-site.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for product quotations, queries, and quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the end-to-end manufacturing / supply chain process.

- Excellent communication and organisational negotiation skills.
