Job Title: Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the transformation and delivery of healthcare programmes across our region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and delivery of healthcare programmes, including the transformation of local health and care systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate and deliver transformation initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage projects to drive change and integration within local healthcare providers, ensuring value for money in planning, commissioning, and service provision.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems to provide accurate and timely data, informing decision-making and programme delivery.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on project management, risk, and issue tracking, ensuring proactive resolution and escalation processes.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques, and tools, such as Prince 2.
  • Experience of coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
