Job Title: Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our team at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation and delivery of health and care programs across our region.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the transformation and delivery of health and care programs across our region, taking a lead role in developing and delivering national, ICS, and locality strategies and priorities.
  • Ensuring that projects are planned and managed effectively, and taking the lead in assisting in their successful delivery.
  • Managing projects that drive change and integration within our local system providers, while ensuring value for money in planning, commissioning, and service provision.
Main Duties of the Job

The Transformation Manager will be responsible for:

  • Enabling collaborative planning, designing, and delivery of local provision that supports people to live healthy, independent, and dignified lives, with a particular emphasis on Urgent & Emergency Care.
  • Working with other organizations, collaboratively, to coordinate and deliver transformation, resilience, and sustainability of our local health and care system.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of initiatives that support the flow of our health and care systems in conjunction with our partners.
