Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Portfolio Manager to lead our UKGI portfolio of change, overseeing the delivery of large-scale organisational change and ensuring the provision of a high-quality service to programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Programme Management Specialists to ensure the effective delivery of change initiatives, identifying key thematics across areas such as resourcing, risks, and dependencies.
  • Provide insight into overall portfolio performance, challenging process inefficiencies and recommending actions to address.
  • Drive the continued embedment of PPM tooling into the area, ensuring the required value and efficiency from the tool.
  • Work closely with the Transformation Director and the broader Transformation community to ensure the delivery of the UKGI portfolio of change.

Requirements:

  • Financial Services industry experience and ability to understand customer, commercial, and people measures and metrics.
  • Proven team leader with good people management experience.
  • Good awareness of risk, control, and governance requirements and ideally have worked in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both peers and senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of change delivery methodologies and frameworks, including Planview or similar PPM tool knowledge.

  • Starting salary between £60,000 and £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
