PMO Director – Salary £60,000 - £80,000

Aviva is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) in delivering large-scale organisational change. As a respected member of the change profession, you will oversee the delivery of the UKGI portfolio of change, typically totalling over £100m annually.

You will work closely with the Transformation Director and the broader Transformation community to ensure the provision of a high-quality service to programmes in line with proportionate governance. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying key thematics across areas such as resourcing, risks and dependencies.

As a team leader, you will ensure the efficient deployment of PMO resources to the most critical and strategic deliveries. You will also provide insight into overall performance, using portfolio data and your knowledge and experience.

Aviva operates a flexible working policy, allowing you to work from home or in one of our offices in Norwich, Bristol, or York. You will be part of a dynamic team that values customer, commercial, and people measures and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the PMO team in delivering large-scale organisational change
  • Oversee the delivery of the UKGI portfolio of change
  • Work closely with the Transformation Director and the broader Transformation community
  • Provide insight into overall performance using portfolio data and expertise
  • Ensure the efficient deployment of PMO resources
