About the Role

As a Business Design and Change Manager, you will challenge the status quo and generate ideas through insight across Norfolk County Council and externally. You will use facilitation and innovation tools to prompt the flow of ideas and generate positivity about change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business design and change strategies to drive transformation in Norfolk Children's Services
  • Lead and manage squads to drive development and delivery of transformation projects
  • Coach colleagues in business design and change techniques to develop a transformational culture and ethos in children's services
  • Work closely with senior managers and business leads to provide appropriate challenge and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
