Job Title: Finance Change Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Change Specialist to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our GL close and Governance team, you will be responsible for delivering assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a period of innovation and transformation in Finance at Aviva. You will be accountable for delivering assigned business change, collaborating with stakeholders, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering change in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer focus and responding to the needs of our end customers.
  • Detailed knowledge of systems and data that can be transferred to finance environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify & implement process efficiencies and improvements.
  • Strong experience, either in a finance function or environment where business analysis skills are demonstrated including risk & control awareness.
