Job Title: Finance Transformation Specialist

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Specialist to join our GL close and Governance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.

About the Role:

This role is part of the UK&I GI Finance function that we have today. The team is focused on delivering change for UK&I GI Finance as a direct result of the UK&I GI change portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to support the delivery of business change.
