The Find is a talented creative team looking for an experienced Account Director to act as a trusted advisor to clients.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position with significant travel and time away from home during busy periods. As an Account Director, you will work on a huge global beverage/FMCG brand, partnering with customers at a senior level to understand business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior-level customers to comprehend their business requirements and objectives.
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure campaign success and colleagues' growth.
  • Act as key point of contact to oversee delivery of client work.
  • Develop high-quality campaigns with internal teams, reviewing and assessing output for highest quality.
  • Manage reporting and analysis of campaigns and agency performance.
  • Promote business expansion with existing clients.
  • Own and deliver on commercial targets; provide financial leadership.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a managerial position within a similar agency environment, working with reputable FMCG/retail/food/health & beauty brands.
  • Exceptional client services experience and proven track record in business growth.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends, unsocial hours, and travel nationwide for campaign events.
  • A valid UK driving license and vehicle ownership.
  • Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and control expenditure.
  • Excellent communication skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • A good understanding of integrated campaigns involving design, production, logistics, print, staffing, and events.
  • Natural leadership skills with inspiring people management abilities.
Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
