Administrative Assistant

Altrad Babcock is a leading provider of engineering, construction, and maintenance services to various sectors. We are seeking a part-time administrator to support our recruitment team in the Asset Management and Major Projects sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, compile, and publish job adverts
- Issue contracts and maintain spreadsheets
- Respond to candidates and hiring managers
- Report via Excel and work with hiring managers to update job specifications
- Verify candidates' RTW documents and qualifications
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for short-term contract roles
Requirements:
- Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to achieve targets
