Job Opportunity: Part-time Administrator

Altrad Babcock is a leading provider of engineering, construction, and maintenance services to various sectors. We are seeking a part-time administrator to support our recruitment team in the Asset Management and Major Projects sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, compile, and publish job adverts
  • Issue contracts and maintain spreadsheets
  • Respond to candidates and hiring managers
  • Report via Excel and work with hiring managers to update job specifications
  • Verify candidates' RTW documents and qualifications
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for short-term contract roles

Requirements:

  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to achieve targets
