NHS Administration Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced NHS Administration Supervisor to join our team in Ear, Nose and Throat. This role involves overseeing the administration team, ensuring they provide an efficient and professional support service.
About the Role:
- Supervise and manage Patient Pathway Administrators, Assistant Patient Pathway Administrators, and Reception Supervisors.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to administrative processes.
- Implement new policies and procedures to improve administration services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or a related field.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Estimated £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
