Job Summary: Administrative Services Manager

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Administrative Services Manager to lead our administrative functions and provide high-quality support to our patients, visitors, and staff. The successful candidate will oversee the effective management of administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate their workload.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and databases.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership teams and departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
