Job Title: Contract Administrator

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a key member of our business support team, you will be responsible for the ordering of IT equipment Trust wide, management of monitoring performance of contracts, and assisting with the tendering of contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, experience in contract management, and excellent communication skills. You will be required to work closely with suppliers to ensure continuity of service and resolve any contractual issues that may arise.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be enthusiastic, confident, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ordering of IT equipment Trust wide
  • Management of monitoring performance of contracts
  • Assisting with the tendering of contracts
  • Contract query management for both internal and external customers
  • Complaint handling and resolution of contractual issues
Requirements
  • NHS experience (highly desirable)
  • Contract management experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of assisting with tenders
