About Boden GroupBoden Group has partnered with a leading and forward-thinking Facilities Management company to source a Contract Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a new client contract on a brand new campus site.
- Manage a mixed-use estate based in Oxford, consisting of manufacturing, clean rooms, laboratory, and office space.
- Oversee TFM service delivery, including self-delivery of hard services and outsourcing of soft services.
- Accountable for the financial and service performance of the contract.
- Possess a technical qualification across any Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, capable of leading leaders and influencing service teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
