We are seeking a part-time administrator to join our team at CV-Library. The ideal candidate will be able to manage meeting rooms, handle mail and deliveries efficiently, and assist the HR team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise events and ensure smooth operations
  • Demonstrate accuracy in daily tasks such as sorting mail and setting up new starters
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office and other admin software
  • Build skills and experience in a dynamic corporate environment

Requirements:

  • 25 hours per week, flexible scheduling available
  • Minimum 6 weeks contract duration
  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role an advantage

Estimated Salary: £975-1300 per month, dependent on qualifications and experience.
