Civil Engineering Contracts Administrator

We are seeking an exceptional Contracts Manager to lead our groundworks projects in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Swindon. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple contracts and a strong background in residential groundworks.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car or allowance, bonus scheme, pension, healthcare, and additional benefits.
Requirements- Proven experience in managing multiple groundworks contracts
- Strong background in residential groundworks
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (desired)
- Site Engineer background (desired)
- CSCS Card / SMSTS or equivalent
