We are looking for an experienced Clinical Support Administrator to join our team in the Women's and Men's Health Physiotherapy department at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Role:- Provide administrative support to patients under their care, including booking appointments and dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
- Assist the Lead Administrator in providing administrative support to clinical staff and all patients under their care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team and make a real difference to the patient experience.
What You'll Need:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competence in using various software packages, including Microsoft 365.
- Up-to-date experience of working with the general public.
