We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Warneford Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a consultant and their team with diary management, preparing and capturing appointments, and providing clerical support with medical reports and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a consultant with their diary, ensuring all appointments are prepared and electronically captured.
  • Provide clerical support in the compilation and sending of medical reports, clinical letters, and correspondence.
  • Maintain rotas and lists for required Mental Health Act actions.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience, with audio typing experience being essential. A polite and friendly telephone manner is also required.
