About the Role

The Sales Learning Solutions Partner is a key business development and sales role focused on delivering revenue and growth targets across Babington's product portfolio.

This role involves consultative selling and building meaningful relationships with clients, identifying new clients/employers within a defined market industry sector and/or geography, and cultivating relationships to develop sales opportunities across our portfolio of learning solutions.

About You

You'll have experience in commercial sales, recruitment, or marketing where lead generation, cultivation, and conversion are key. A successful consultative selling approach gained from a Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) environment is essential.

You'll thrive in a target driven commercial environment where delivering a high level of service and satisfaction is the norm. You will enjoy working collaboratively in teams whilst also being a highly motivated self-starter.
