Business Development Manager Opportunity

Cherry Professional is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow sales, revenue, and profit for our Technology & Design Manufacturer based in Derby.

The purpose of this role is to drive new business development and account management, with a focus on generating leads, building professional relationships with key clients, and exceeding sales targets.

We are looking for a candidate with a consultative sales approach, who can understand complex customer situations and work well in a team. Ideally, you will have previous experience in managed service sales and a passion for sales/business development.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading conversations with high-end stakeholders
  • Generating your own leads and building professional relationships with key clients
  • Exceeding sales targets and working well in a team
  • Adopting a consultative sales approach to understand complex customer situations
