ROLE OVERVIEW

Croud, a leading global digital marketing agency, is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Agency Access Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in information security and access management, requiring a strong focus on accuracy and information protection.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Director of Agency Access Management and the broader team to work on information access processes, governance, and daily access management requirements throughout the agency. This includes seamless coordination with the IT, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of access management and governance.

This integral role involves identifying risks associated with access management, security, or compliance and escalating them to the Director of Agency Access Management and/or Compliance/IT where required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisting the access team with global agency platform access management, including digital marketing and platform access, and operational governance of core business tools.
  • Supporting the team with the management of our LastPass password manager platform, credential management, and virtual machine access through Microsoft Azure.
  • Identifying and escalating risks associated with access management, security, or compliance.
  • Supporting access management and requirements for all levels of stakeholders within the business, including employees, clients, and suppliers.
  • Taking ownership of platform audits and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Completing platform audits and assisting the wider team with governance operational process documentation.
  • Assisting with maintaining and developing access and security training, including LastPass, access management, task credentials, and security basics for the access team and the wider business.
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring that the access team's SLA is always met.
  • Assisting with managing the integration, planning, and implementation of companies that are purchased by the company.
  • Implementing access and compliance best practices and assisting others in the team to do the same.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • 1+ years of experience in an Access Management, Information Security, or similar role.
  • Desired experience: password management tools such as LastPass, managing user accounts in Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure/Office365, previous experience in Digital Marketing, notably around access management and permissions.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to pick up new digital systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Passion for problem-solving and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Process-driven and focused logical thinker.
  • Ability to focus and act quickly and precisely in all situations.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A strong sense of confidentiality and sensitivity to sensitive situations.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, with flexibility to work outside of these hours if agreed in advance with your line managers.
