About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Administrator to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a Facilities Management Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting the delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of facilities-related information, including maintenance schedules, inventory, and procurement data.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless facilities management services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to support the Facilities Management function.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Security clearance is required for this role.
