Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Business Administrator to support our operational management team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders, managing goods receipting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a professional service and addressing incoming inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure all communications are handled with professionalism, accurately recording messages and relaying them promptly.
  • Respond to requests from customers and colleagues in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner, keeping them informed of progress as necessary.
  • Engage in project work as required.
  • Assist the Quarry Manager with daily operations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Qualifications in finance or business administration are advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
