Administrative Role in Wealth Management

Adele Carr Recruitment is working with a well-established wealth management company to find an experienced Administrator to join their Shrewsbury team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with Financial Advisers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and process new client documentation and amendments, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor transfers of assets and cash from other institutions, ensuring timely and secure processing.
  • Process ISA subscriptions and transfers, adhering to Conduct Risk standards.
  • Liaise with colleagues in Business Support to administer client accounts, providing excellent customer service.
  • Record client details and reviews accurately on systems, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Perform general record keeping and electronic filing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience is essential, with additional training provided as needed.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work within restricted timescales.
  • Flexible and reliable team member, willing to support junior and senior colleagues as required.
