Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Company Secretariat Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our estate management company, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Company Secretariat Department, including dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking and making phone calls, and corresponding with conveyancing solicitors and internal departments.
* Respond to pre-contract enquiries, re-mortgage enquiries, and advise on requirements for transfer of equity transactions.
* Provide up-to-date Debtor History Reports to solicitors and liaise with internal Accounts and Property Management department.
Further Progression:
* Produce Information Packs, respond to emails as a result of issuing the Information Packs, and deal with post-completion documentation.
* Keep company records, deal with annual returns, appointments, resignation, and change of Director details, and return these to Companies House in accordance with Company Law.
* Update shareholder records, be involved with Lease Extensions and Deed of Variations, and undertake Land Registry searches.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, good literacy and numeracy skills, and computer literacy.
* Proven administrative experience, punctuality, and ability to work in a team and on their own.
