Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Team Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of MFTS, Senior Managers, and Management Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the management team, enabling them to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate ongoing projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
• Provide administrative support to the Head of MFTS and Senior Managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
