We are seeking a dedicated Business Administrator to support our operational management team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing administrative tasks to assist the operational management team.
- Handling general administrative duties such as processing purchase orders, managing goods receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Serving as the primary point of contact, delivering a professional service and addressing incoming inquiries.
- Ensuring all communications are handled professionally, with accurate message taking and timely delivery.
- Responding to reasonable requests from customers and colleagues in a thorough and timely manner, keeping them informed of progress.
- Opportunity to participate in project-related work.
- Providing daily support to the Quarry Manager.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proficient IT skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
- Finance or business administration qualifications are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills.
