About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Conduktor Inc. You will be working closely with our Ops team to organize team events, meetings, and office moves, as well as supporting the administration of our HRIS system.
As an Office Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and data on our HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our WeWork office.
- Supporting the Ops team in organizing team events, meetings, and office moves.
- Providing practical support for future office moves as we grow.
- Recording and organizing data on our HRIS system.
- Supporting the delivery of global People processes, including performance reviews and benefit programs.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be confident and willing to work on new problems or projects, and have a strong understanding of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR and Docusign.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days PTO + public holidays, pension contribution, learning and development allowance, and company-wide events and team socials.
