Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in project management looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking an Exhibition Project Coordinator to join our Exhibitor Graphics Team at Global Experience Specialists. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external clients to coordinate exhibition projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their exhibition requirements and develop project plans to meet their needs.
  • Coordinate resources, labor, and travel bookings for exhibition projects.
  • Communicate show requirements across departments and brief the Design & Production teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Prepare and manage quotes for exhibition products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules and ensure all resources are accessible on our internal systems.
  • Be the critical link between the Graphics design team and production departments, keeping everyone aligned with evolving deadlines.
  • Travel to exciting events across the globe as needed to ensure project delivery.

About You:

  • You have a proactive approach to project management and excellent communication skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working with project management software.
  • You are confident working independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:
