About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Administrator to join our team at Together. As an Operational Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer documentation to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications
- Prepare case files for Case Managers to enable informed underwriting decisions
- Liaise with customers and intermediaries to ensure agreed SLAs and completion deadlines are met
- Review and check documentation to mitigate risk and minimize potential financial losses
- Develop relationships with solicitors to enhance their knowledge of our internal processes
- Support Case Managers to operate with maximum efficiency by managing inbound and outbound phone calls
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Understanding of customer outcomes and risk management
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
