Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the business area, supporting the CFO in their day-to-day activities, and maximizing their time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to the Director in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand priorities, reorganize workload and tasks accordingly to ensure the Director's time is maximized
  • Carry out delegated tasks from the CFO to a high standard, using initiative and asking for guidance when necessary
  • Coordinate and manage the Director's diaries, managing time effectively and intelligently, using initiative to prioritize urgent matters
  • Act as an ambassador, gatekeeper, and point of contact for the Director and Direct Reports, dealing with all matters in an efficient, sensitive, and reliable manner
  • Manage and organize Director's travel and accommodation
  • Prepare agendas, papers, and presentations for Committee meetings
  • Meet and greet visitors and make arrangements
  • Handle day-to-day operations of both offices in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience handling confidential information
  • Attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Stakeholder management - ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
