OCW Coordinator Job Description

Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs, and advocating for our beneficiaries worldwide. We are seeking an experienced OCW Coordinator to join our team in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administer the Orphans Sponsorship Programme, ensuring all required systems, tools, and documentation are in place for smooth operation.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication channels with Human Appeal Regional Offices and internal departments, including Systems Team, Communications, Donor Care, Finance, and Fundraising.
  • Achieve year-on-year increases in the acquisition and retention of donors to the Orphans Sponsorship Programme.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data verification, and database management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and its data structure is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
