About This Role

The Avenues Trust Group is committed to providing exceptional support to adults with diverse needs, and we are seeking an experienced Adult Autism Support Worker to join our team in Tunbridge Wells.

The estimated salary for this role is around £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Hours: Full-time and part-time available - Minimum of 24 hours per week
  • Experience: Previous experience working with autism and challenging behavior is essential
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting individuals in daily living activities, including accessing community facilities and participating in leisure activities
  • Facilitating social interactions and connections with family and friends
  • Managing personal finances and ensuring a clean and safe living environment
  • Providing personal care and encouraging independence
