Job Title: Support Worker

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to our service user, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their community.

Responsibilities:
  1. Accompany and assist our service user in daily activities, such as shopping and household chores.
  2. Support our service user in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including meal preparation and exercise routines.
  3. Provide emotional support and encouragement to our service user, promoting independence and confidence-building.
  4. Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as healthcare workers and therapists, to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field, such as Social Work or Psychology.
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
  • Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
