Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to adults with complex needs, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and facilitating their participation in community activities. This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Enable our residents to engage in daily living activities: Utilize community resources and beyond to promote independence and self-advocacy.
- Support social activities and facilitate connections: Foster meaningful relationships between residents, family, and friends, promoting social inclusion and community integration.
- Manage personal finances effectively: Assist residents with financial management, budgeting, and shopping, ensuring their financial security and stability.
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment: Collaborate with residents to maintain a safe and comfortable living space, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide and encourage personal care: Support residents with their personal care needs, promoting dignity, respect, and autonomy.
- A female Support Worker
- Fully flexible for all shifts across a 7-day week
- Holds a Full UK Driving License
- Full-time hours only
- Experience in similar roles, specifically supporting autism and challenging behavior
