We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality support to adults with physical, mental, and behavioral support needs. As a Female Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that each person receives tailored support to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working a minimum of 24 hours per week, with opportunities for part-time hours. You will be responsible for supporting our service users with daily living activities, social interactions, and personal care. Your day will be varied, and you may find yourself:

  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as household chores and meal preparation
  • Accompanying service users on community outings, including walks, parks, swimming, bowling, cafes, restaurants, and shops
  • Supporting with financial management and budgeting
  • Encouraging social interactions and relationships with family and friends
