We are currently recruiting for a Dementia Manager for a large care home based in High Wycombe.

As a Dementia Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Dementia community within the home and implementing and embedding the Dementia strategy at the local level.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a comparable setting
  • Extensive senior experience in adult social care settings
  • Dementia Care Mapping qualification or prepared to undertake training for qualification within 12 months
  • Level 3 NVQ
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and effectively manage a large team
  • Good understanding of CQC fundamental standards
