Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care home environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Develop Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and care needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Medication Management: Administer medication safely and effectively, monitoring residents' responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Nursing Care and Support: Provide high-quality nursing care, including wound care, palliative care, and support with activities of daily living.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Elderly Care Experience: Previous experience working in elderly care, including caring for patients with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related conditions.
- Care Quality Commission (CQC) Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC regulations and standards.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Teamwork and Initiative: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and use own initiative to resolve issues.
- Commitment to Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
