We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Deputy Care Home Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding care and support to residents. As a key member of our management team, you will assist the Home Manager with CQC compliance, audits, rota management, recruitment, mentoring, appraisals, and more.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional care. You will work closely with the Home Manager, Directors, and Nursing team to foster strong teamwork and achieve high standards of care for residents and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents
- Assist the Home Manager with CQC compliance, audits, and rota management
- Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff to ensure high standards of care
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
- Work closely with the Nursing team to ensure high standards of care are maintained
- Contribute to the development of the care home's policies and procedures
