We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager with CQC compliance, audits, and rota management
- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding care and support
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a passion for adult social care, strong leadership skills, and a track record of developing and motivating teams. You will work closely with the Home Manager, Directors, and Nursing team to foster strong teamwork and achieve high standards of care.
