**Job Title:** Senior Care Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Care Operations Manager to lead our homecare services in High Wycombe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Compliance and Quality Assurance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and quality standards to achieve an outstanding CQC rating.
  • **Health and Safety:** Manage Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe environment for both staff and clients.
  • **Business Development:** Implement policies and procedures to promote the business's aims and values consistently.
  • **Service Delivery:** Enhance processes to deliver effective and efficient care services.
  • **Team Management:** Identify and recruit high-quality care assistants, ensuring they receive excellent training.
  • **Client Care:** Guarantee high-quality care service delivery to clients through well-managed scheduling.
  • **Quality Assurance Activities:** Conduct quality assurance activities, including Spot Checks and Service Reviews.
  • **On-Call Duties:** Engage in scheduled on-call duties to maintain seamless service delivery outside office hours.
  • **Reporting and Analysis:** Record and report Key Performance Indicators accurately to senior management.
  • **Support and Collaboration:** Support the Director with ad hoc duties and cover Carer tasks when needed.
Requirements:
  • **Qualifications:** Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care.
  • **Knowledge and Experience:** Comprehensive knowledge of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
  • **Management Experience:** Previous management experience in the care industry.
  • **Transportation:** UK or EU driving licence with regular access to your own car.
  • **Work Authorization:** Legal right to work full-time in the UK.
