Senior Social Work Professional

Remedy Social Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of social work cases, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partners, and participating in CIN panel processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of complex social work cases with high levels of autonomy.
- Provide expert professional and technical advice on Children in Need to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners.
- Participate in CIN panel processes and chair professional meetings with inter-agency partners and clients.
- Prepare court proceeding reports and act as expert testimony in Care or Private Order proceedings.
- Produce management information and analysis.
- Participate in team planning and contribute to the delivery of team and service plans.
- QSW Status, including qualification, Social Work England registration, and completed ASYE.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A personal one-on-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.
